Nova Garage Labs is a one-person research garage run by Koichi Ichikawa. I build custom instruments and theoretical models around light, information, and future hardware — aiming someday to build my own arc reactor.
About the Lab
Nova Garage Labs started as a side project inside a logistics warehouse in Aichi, Japan. No grants, no big institution – just tools, curiosity, and a lot of coffee.
The goal is simple: understand how light carries information and turn that understanding into real hardware — from novel sensors to quantum-inspired computing architectures.
